about injections (hrt++++)
I DID MY FIRST E INJECTION !!!!!!!!!! im so happy about it rn
im doing, 7 mg every 10 days subq, as suggested by The Internet, although i'll maybe adjust it as and when i can get blood tests
as i'm sure i've said before this is basically because i want to get away from evil private clinic genderplus who have been sending me to hell and back with gatekeeping and stupid expensive low-dose regimens. they were having me do absurd amounts of low concentration transdermal gel but i've now officially switched to homebrew injections :D
shoutout to astrovials for the actual stuff and shoutout to exchange supplies for the paraphernalia and a small fuck you to la poste for being slow as shit
as for the injection itself it went pretty well considering i'm stupid and haven't done that before :> whats evil is that i dont have any actual fear of needles or anything but my brain was still like yeah ur gonna faint (i didn't actually faint but it felt like i was going to) :( but i think that's just because i had a lot of adrenaline and the more i do it it'll get less novel and that won't happen as much i hope
i also realised that the hot flushes i was having were very much just a side effect of having fuckall sex hormones so if i stop getting hot flushes i'll know i'm doing something right :3
anyway here's to hopefully many years of doing this !!!!!!!!! end of a shit era and beginning of a better one i hope ^~^
